Gina Munro
Professional Supervisor
Working as an inter-professional supervisor, my clients are busy professionals across the business, medical and legal sectors. Typically they are people in leadership positions dealing with heavy workloads, managing teams and/or high-stress situations.
Professional Supervision provides an ongoing one-to-one confidential and trusted space for you to explore work-related issues and the impact that they may be having on you either personally or professionally.
Together we explore three key elements: Your work practices, how you interact within your working world and the personal elements that you bring to the role (such as strengths, your beliefs, personal barriers and areas for professional growth).
My approach is reflective in nature with an added focus on a strength-based practice. What that means in real terms is that I listen… A lot and I ask plenty of questions so we can understand the ‘why’. More often than not this process also provides us with a solution.
Please feel free to contact me for further information on how I can help you thrive in your professional environment.

Penny Olsen
Movement Coach, Restorative Exercise Specialist
I love movement and helping people get out of uncomfortable movement patterns so they can move with more ease, confidence and enjoyment. Throughout my career holding various roles in health and wellness- former physiotherapist, health promoter at Public Health, outdoor instructor and massage therapist and now a dedicated movement coach- I have a unique insight of the inner workings and external influences shaping movement and health.
'From The Ground Up' is where our journey begins. Together, we will investigate your feet, getting on and off the ground and some fundamental movement patterns which help identify areas in your body that may be missing out on the benefits of movement. I guide you through simple, effective exercises, scaled to meet your current body while working towards your movement goals.
My clients are swimmers, gardeners, walkers, tennis players, grandparents wanting to keep up with the grandkids and people who know they could be feeling better but are not sure where to start. They are forward-thinking, curious individuals who enjoy the process of learning about their body and want to improve their mobility, strength and stability as they age.
'From The Ground Up' is not just about exercise; its about embracing movement to enrich the quality of life.
Let's move beyond exercise and add more life to our years!
Liz van Beek
Natural Health Practitioner
Natural health to me is helping the body help itself; it has an amazing capacity to do so with a little intervention. I work with Clinical Reflexology, Acupressure and Massage modalities to personalise your session, bringing you closer to homeostasis.
Prior to my natural health career, I spent 20 years in adventure guiding and conservation; daily awareness of the impact we place our bodies under, and yet how we thrive given fresh air, mobility and mental stimulation; a hard blend in today’s modern world, these prior experiences bring a more holistic approach to my work. Each session comprises consultation, hands-on therapy and homework, Yes, I empower you to help yourself; it may be a 10-minute barefoot walk, an acupressure hold or another quick self-help ‘exercise’ to help your body remember its natural state of continuation.
I am a huge advocate for barefoot walking, getting us back to using our foot muscles, which have a direct impact on the rest of our body, especially knees, hips, and spine.
This is backed up by free workshops I carry out on behalf of The World Reflexology Foundation, and my years in the USA on the Reflexology Board of California. It is amazing to be home on NZ soil again, and I welcome you to check out some of my work on Nature’s Effusion Facebook page.
