As a personal trainer I believe in supporting people to become their strongest, healthiest and most confident self. Not just inside the gym but outside as well!
I used to have a negative relationship with movement (and food) where it was all about burning calories, eating a little as possible and pushing harder, however this just led me to burnout, injury and an eating disorder.
It wasn't until I invested in a Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach where I learnt more about progressive strength training, sustainable fat loss, how to balance my training and recovery with my lifestyle, and how truly capable I was outside of how I looked.
It was this shift in mindset that took me along the path of studying further in these areas myself, and wanting to educate my own clients on how to move well, fuel their body (with balance) and show them how CAPABLE they are!

Gaining confidence in the gym, Building strength and muscular balance for women, Reducing gym anxiety and feeling at home in the gym, Creating sustainable training habits that fit real lives, Personalised programs to support your goals and lifestyle, Improving technique, posture and functional movement, Creating a supportive space for self-growth and building confidence.
I'm passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and in control of their training journeys.
I know first-hand how overwhelming gym spaces can feel. That’s why my focus is on creating a safe, empowering, and inclusive space where you can learn, grow, and lift without fear of being judged or overlooked. My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way.
Training with me is about more than just sets and reps. It’s about
building confidence in your body, discovering your own strength, and feeling proud of what you can do. I combine structured programs with a personal approach, always meeting you where you’re at - both physically and emotionally.
You're not expected to show up as anyone other than yourself - just come as you are, and we’ll take it from there.
